Technology can provide answers, entertainment, and connection. It cannot do the growing for us.
Awakening the Five Champions is a practical, psychology-based guide that helps young people strengthen resilience, creativity, empathy, connection, and curiosity. The new edition brings this framework into the world they're navigating now, including social media, screens, and artificial intelligence. It isn't anti-technology. It helps young people use powerful tools without losing the experiences that build confidence, judgment, relationships, and competence.
